I saw the full moon tonight as I walked home from the bus stop... I don't really know why the moon never ceases to amaze me. Maybe it's because I haven't been able to capture a decent image of it.
This is the best I could do...can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

4 seconds is too long an exposure, try 1/125 and a higher aperture, lower iso.
yeah, but woudn't 1/125 be too dark... the moon is really the only source of light there, I wanted it to be in some kind of context.
Treat it like a bright background and dim foreground. Given enough distance, flash should take care of the foreground for context. The moon is always tricky for me, which is why I only have one good one :)
